Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Yes, we do! All sorts of inflatables from bounce houses, to giant slides and obstacle courses. All of our inflatables are great for any age, however we do have ones geared towards just the little guys, and then ones for the older crowds.
A small deposit is required when you book your event. We accept credit cards or checks.
You may pay your balance by credit card prior to the event. If you are not paying your balance by credit card, the balance is then due on the day of your event PRIOR to set up.
We will stay in touch with you the week of your event, watching the weather. As long as we have not left the warehouse, there is NO fee for you. Any deposit made can be used towards a future event.
Once our trucks are en route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients if activities are postponed due to rain, but once we are at the event, full payment is due.
Yes, we carry general liability insurance and would be more then happy to show you our certificate. Many other companies out there do not carry insurance because they do this work part time; we are a full time company.
Yes! We need you to be available for drop off so we can have you personally show us where you would like the inflatable. Most times we are able to setup in that exact location, however there is times when our delivery driver needs to make safety calls dependent on slope, hills, power lines, space, surface setup.
Once set is complete we will go over the contract, Operator Instructions, and collect payment. (We accept cash or credit card as final payment) (Business/School Checks are accepted as well- no personal checks please)
We will then leave you with the equipment for the extent of your event. If you have any questions, or issues please make sure you contact emergency number on the top of your paperwork during your rental to give us the opportunity to remedy them for you.
The Inflatables can be setup on Grass, Concrete, Asphalt, or Indoors) You need a relatively level surface free of rocks, sticks, branches, rough debris, and fecal material. You will need a power source for your blower within 100 feet of the inflatable. We do have generators for rent if there is not power onsite.
If you are renting a unit that requires water you will also need a hose to reach where you are planning on putting the inflatable.
You are responsible for providing an attendant/monitor for the inflatable(s). Each Inflatable is required to have a dedicated attendant/monitor. Attendants can be rented for a additional charge on our website.
Yes. Our weekday (Monday –Thursdays – holidays excluded) prices are deeply discounted from our regular weekend rates. Furthermore, if you are planning a large event where multiple items are needed we can work with you on special pricing for those types of events as well. Please call for details. While we try to keep our pricing competitive and fair at all times, we will not “low ball” or try to always be the least expensive out there. We believe our pricing, our clean and high quality equipment, and our professional service will always represent your overall best value.
It depends on each inflatable. Here is a list of some of our general inflatables. Feel free to contact our office for more information if the one you are looking at renting is not listed.
Standard (LG) Bounce House 15×15,: 8 kids or 800 pounds, whichever is exceeded first.Combo: 10 kids or 1000 pounds, whichever is exceeded first.
Slides: 3 at a time (one on slide, one on ladder, and one on top)
Obstacle Courses, Playground type: typically up to 8 kids or 800 pounds.
Obstacle Course: Race: 2 players at a time racing against each other.
* Keep in mind that all participants should be grouped together by size allowing them to play with like sizes.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
